The Sharehouse Christmas party was once again a complete success and an evening full of happiness. The evening began with a sumptuous dinner buffet, followed by a series of exciting games. The highlight of the evening was the raffle with numerous prizes. The Sharehouse Christmas party was an example of the spirit of togetherness and belonging that characterizes our everyday Sharehouse life.

Sharehouse celebrated its 10th anniversary with a fun beer festival evening. Lion dancing, a German buffet and a little beer created a good atmosphere. It was a celebration with and a thank you to our member companies, employees and our professional network. Over 20 member companies and a total of 96 employees testify to the success of the concept of sharing resources and collaboration.

Our expansion project to the second floor has been completed. We have built and moved into 13 new offices, 2 additional conference rooms, a second kitchen, a lounge, a state of the art cleanroom / laboratory, additional toilets and more warehouse space. With over 70 employees now working in Sharehouse our family needed space to grow. We hope we can welcome visitors from our parent companies to see the newly created spaces in the near future.

Together with our companies we have experienced significant growth over the past two years. As we are running out of space we will expand one floor up. As a first step new office space will be available from January 2022 onwards on the second floor. In the summer of 2022 a new laboratory and more offices will be built to complete our expansion project.  

Not only do we work well together, we also share the enjoyment. This year our company outing took us to the Yellow Mountains in Anhui. During the day we enjoyed hikes in spectacular landscapes and visited beautiful old villages. After dinner we celebrated into the night at a campfire while being entertained by our Karaoke talents. It was a great way to get to know our new team members better. We are grateful to all our companies for supporting these activities.

As the global market leader for version control and data management in automated production, AUVESY opened their China office in Nanjing at the beginning of the year 2021. They have made big progress since then and are very proud of their growing team in China: Dai Mingming, Xiong Chen, Zou Tao.

AUVESY enables industrial companies a uniform central data storage, fully automatic data backup as well as version management with detailed change detection and clear documentation. The company with headquarters in Landau (Germany) was founded in 2007 and has more than 90 employees. In addition to a subsidiary in the USA and in China, AUVESY mentors the international customers together with 45 partners.

We warmly congratulate our member company Glaeser for obtaining the laboratory accreditation certificate. As a third party accredited acc. CNAS17025:2017, Glaeser laboratory is now able to carry out inspections of technical cleanliness based on ISO16232:2018 and VDA19.1:2015.

This milestone was achieved through the joint efforts of the Glaeser Nanjing team. A great start to an even better journey in 2021!

Beautiful weather and good spirits accompanied us to the Tianmu Lake district. After a great meal featuring the famous fish head soup we were recharged with energy and ready to climb mountains. Which we did. Surrounded by a sea of bamboo we climbed many steps to enjoy great views and a shared sense of achievement.

Sharehouse has been back at work since February 17th. Business has resumed fully. Except for the masks and the daily temperature checks we have returned to normal operations.

Our thoughts and best wishes are with those still impacted by this crisis. 

With over 100 years experience in the field, Forst Technologie GmbH & Co. KG is synonymous with highest quality in broaching. From July 1st, 2019 Forst will be operating in China through their office in Sharehouse. The business license for Forst Broaching Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. has already been issued.

HeMaTech Prüftechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of various test devices like leak testers, volume and mass flow testers as well as leak calibration instruments. With their own service station in Sharehouse in Nanjing, HeMaTech can now serve their customers in China quickly and efficiently.

In January 2019 ASO Safety Solutions opened their first Asian subsidiary in Sharehouse in Nanjing. From here ASO can now offer direct contact for better customer service, product and project consultation as well as delivery from their Nanjing warehouse.

Sharehouse is pleased to welcome Mr. Lu of Turk+Hillinger China Co., Ltd. to join our team. Türk+Hillinger GmbH from Tuttlingen in Germany established a new record in Sharehouse – from the first contact to start of operations in only four months. Congratulations and a warm welcome to Sharehouse!

Nine talented art students of Nanjing International School have turned a corrugated metal wall next to Sharehouse into an art project. On a base of vivid colors 7 bold Chinese characters spell out 'work in progress'. The result has brightened up the view from our offices considerably.

True to their mission statement HEWI G. Winker GmbH & Co KG is taking the step to China through the innovative platform that Sharehouse offers. HEWI is a specialist for nut connection technology supplying the automotive and manufacturing market worldwide. Now they can also serve their customers in China directly from their warehouse in Nanjing.

We look forward to our collaboration and warmly welcome HEWI to our Sharehouse team.

While visiting Nanjing the general managers and owners of Lock Antriebstechnik GmbH finalized their decision to enter the Chinese market with their own subsidiary in Sharehouse. After signing the contract a Lock waggon was attached to the Sharehouse train to symbolize the joint journey we will be undertaking. We look forward to having Lock Drives (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. on board.

On December 1st Mr. Feng Haiying took up his position for Graf China Environmental (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. in the new office in Sharehouse. GRAF will supply the Chinese market with high-quality plastic products with a focus on stormwater management, domestic wastewater treatment and  rainwater harvesting.
